Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

Accessing the 7up platform or using any of its services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to users in Bangladesh. By registering with 7up, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are voluntarily and knowingly agreeing to these terms. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

7up reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Account creation, security & user responsibilities

Account Registration Requirements

To create an account on 7up, you must provide accurate and complete information. Creating an account with false details or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited. Each individual is allowed only one account — if multiple accounts are found, all of them will be permanently closed.

  • A valid name and mobile number are required
  • Information may be required for age verification
  • Multiple accounts from the same device or network are prohibited

Account Security

Keep your account login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. This information must not be shared with anyone. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

  • Change your password regularly
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone
  • Report any suspicious activity to [email protected]

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on 7up are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local mobile banking services such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are supported for deposits and withdrawals. Bank transfers are also accepted, though processing times may be longer.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply as specified on the platform. Withdrawal requests are processed within a defined timeframe. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

Any attempt to gain funds dishonestly through fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or exploiting system errors will result in the immediate closure of the account involved, and any funds obtained may be forfeited.

  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities
  • Using the platform for money laundering
  • Harassing or defrauding other users

Limitation of Liability

All gaming outcomes on the 7up platform are entirely random. No specific result is guaranteed, and there is no obligation to refund any losses.

7up shall not be liable for service disruptions caused by technical errors, server issues, or external factors. In such cases, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7up is not responsible for the failure of any third-party payment gateways or service providers.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy, and Intellectual Property

Reasons for account suspension and closure

7up reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Breach of Terms
  • Registering with false information
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Extended period of inactivity
  • At the user's own request

All content on the 7up platform — including logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected by 7up's intellectual property rights. Reproduction, republication, or distribution of any such material without prior permission is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law, Changes to Terms & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
